French Bulldog
Compact clown with a big personality.
Frenchies are affectionate, quiet and well suited to city living. Their flat faces make them charming but also sensitive to heat and prone to breathing problems, so responsible care matters.

Daily care
Indoor dog; keep in air-conditioning in warm weather. Avoid unsupervised pools — most cannot swim.
Small-breed food, measured meals. Slow-feeder bowls reduce gulping and gas.
Short walks in cool parts of the day; 30–45 minutes total. Never strenuous exercise in heat.
Weekly brushing; clean facial folds and ears several times a week.

- Allergies

Vet visits
Annual exams; discuss airway evaluation. Pet insurance is strongly recommended for this breed.
